  • Personal attention in a private setting! You will work one-on-one with a  Surge Fitness trainer.
  • The experts at Surge Fitness will design a specific exercise routine that aligns directly to your lifestyle and personal goals.
  • We begin with a Consultation and Assessment to create a customized fitness program that takes into consideration your current condition, your specific health and fitness goals, and any special requests for strong results and safe outcomes
  • Each client will receive a nutritional guide to ensure maximum results
  • Trainers will assessments every 30 to days to ensure accountability from the client

ONE (55 MINUTE) SESSION PER WEEK
4 WEEKS/4 SESSIONS – 240.00 (60 PER SESSION)

TWO (55 MINUTE) SESSIONS PER WEEK
4 WEEKS/8 SESSIONS – 400.00 (50 PER SESSION)

THREE (55 MINUTE SESSIONS) PER WEEK
4 WEEKS/12 SESSIONS – 540.00 (45 PER SESSION)

TWO (30 MINUTE) SESSIONS PER WEEK
4 WEEKS/8 SESSIONS – 240.00 (30 PER SESSION)
